Biography

First heard on a demo received in 1998, Pimmon is the alias of Paul Gough, a resident of Sydney, Australia. Having collected and processed sounds on an old reel to reel machine since the age of eight, Gough only began to unleash these sounds on the world in '98 / '99 - finding release through labels like Meme, Fallt, ERS, Tigerbeat6 and Static Caravan. He has done remixes for Kid606, Lucky Kitchen, Kim Cascone and Giardini do Miro, as well as collaborating with Oren Ambarchi / Keith Rowe / Fennesz / Pita.
